Darlene Conner Knows The Truth About Amelia Earhart's Disappearance
Bryan (talking to Darlene): "This documentary on Amelia Earhart's really interesting, isn't it? She's my hero. I want to go to aviation school when I graduate."
Darlene (talking to Bryan): "You know how Amelia and Fred Noonan disappeared don't you? When they were heading for the Marshall Islands, Amelia let out this great big fart that even scared her so bad that she lost control of the plane and it flew right into the ocean. So you see, my sister Becky wasn't the only girl to break the sound barrier without a plane. Becky's undoing was embarrassment from speaking in front of Jimmy Meltrieger and the whole student council. Amelia's was eating too many turkey sandwiches."
